Join the Conservation Commission & Tyngsborough Land Trust in hosting the Commission’s 5th Annual Trail Day on May 4th! This year, the Commission’s goal is to improve and maintain Hunter Norton Property. The Commission and Tyngsborough Land Trust will be partnering to do a variety of different improvements throughout the property which will include installing fences along River Rd and around the existing parking area, installing brand NEW kiosks with signage and invasive species removal. Of course, cleaning of the trails from trash and natural debris will be on the schedule. Come out and support in the efforts to freshen up our conservation lands and help in preserving them. The only way we can keep up with land management is with your help. Tell your family, friends, even your neighbors. All are welcome!
We ask any volunteers to bring their own tools (i.e working gloves, water bottle, rakes, loppers, shovels, tarps, etc) if they can. Extra water and trash bags will be available.
Flyers will be posted around Town Hall and within other Town buildings. For more information visit the Conservation Dept. website.
