The Tyngsborough Planning Board is expected to commence public hearings on April 4, 2024 to consider six (6) proposed zoning amendments for consideration at the May 7, 2024 Annual Town Meeting. These hearings were originally advertised to begin on March 21, 2024 but have been pushed back due to an expected lack of quorum at the March 21st meeting.

The six proposed amendments are listed below:
- MBTA Communities Multifamily Overlay District
- Open Space Residential Development Amendment
- Solid Waste Disposal Amendment to Table of Uses
- Inclusionary Zoning Bylaw Amendment to Table of Uses
- Farmers Market Permitting Amendment to Table of Uses
- Zoning Map Amendment for Kendall Road Parcels West of Cummings Road.
Additionally, the Town received one (1) Citizens Petition which Town Meeting will need to consider regarding zoning for a continuing care campus along Kendall Road.
